Any other Chefs here?


Hello. I am Remy. I am the Head Chef at a restaurant in the Lake District in the UK. I prefer cooking with cast-iron and have insisted on using cast-iron cookware to prepare all the meals in the restaurant. I have had to teach all of my staff how to properly season and care for the pans, but it has been worth it. I never cook with anything else. The owner took some convincing, but once I had prepared a meal for him using my own pans form home, he came around.
