In your opinion, what are some uncommon tips for cooking with cast iron that everyone should know? I feel like when I read any articles about cast iron, the same tips are being repeated over and over again. This is for good reason, they are great tips, but I’m interested in what you have individually realized makes a difference in cooking for you? Or maybe you have found that one of those widely published tips is actually a myth or a bad idea?
